JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jessica D. Emke, 23, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 8:46 p.m., officers responded to 127 Buffalo St. for a report of a woman smashing items in the street. Upon arrival, officers allegedly found Emke standing in a driveway naked. She had a warrant issued out of Jamestown. When officers attempted to arrest her, she allegedly fled into the residence. She was found in a closet and refused to show her hands or crawl out. She was eventually taken into custody and sent to city jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

HANOVER – Lamar A. Thompson, 32, of Cheektowaga was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and failing to submit roadside alert test. At 9:57 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible intoxicated driver who drove into a ditch on Alleghany Road in Hanover. Deputies arrived and determined that the driver – Thompson – was intoxicated. He was remanded to the county jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ASHFORD – Robin V. Amos, 54, of Buffalo was charged Tuesday at 9:17 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, consumption of alcohol in vehicle, speeding and failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicle. She is due back in Ashford Court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY – Kyle Scott King, 24, of Perrysburg was arrested Saturday at 8:55 p.m. for violating a probation warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. He was taken to the county jail where he is awaiting arraignment.

LITTLE VALLEY – Christopher M. Lombardi, 41, of Little Valley was charged on Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. with false impersonation after a traffic stop in Little Valley. During questioning, Lombardi gave deputies a false name and date of birth. He will appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY – Terry W. Dechow, 48, of Randolph was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass after an incident that occurred at a Pigeon Valley Road address in Napoli. Dechow will appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Dane D. Ellis, 25, of Salamanca was arrested on Aug. 29 on a warrant issued out of Franklinville Court for second-degree harassment. He will appear in Franklinville Court on Monday at 7 p.m.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

A 17-year-old Jamestown man was charged Thursday at 2 a.m. with unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to use headlights, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and other traffic violations after State Troopers pulled over a car on East Second Street in Jamestown for operating without headlights. The 17-year-old could not tell troopers who owned the vehicle. Further investigation found that the vehicle had been stolen from a local car dealer’s lot. There was only one plate on the car, which was also stolen. The 17-year-old will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
