JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Allison M. Turner, 35, of Jamestown was charged Friday with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, criminal personation and fugitive from justice. At 2:44 a.m., officers executed a search warrant on Turner, who had a felony warrant issued through the Jamestown City Court. During an interview, she allegedly provided officers with a false name and date of birth. She was transported to the city jail and later found to have numerous felony warrants issued from Warren, Pa. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Sami Jo Greenman, 26, of Jamestown was charged Friday at 4:25 p.m. with petit larceny at the Chautauqua Mall Sears. It is alleged that Greenman left Sears with $116.99 in merchandise without paying for it. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Jeremy B. Watson, 40, of Silver Creek was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to use signal lamps. At 9:31 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly failing to use its turn signals. Investigation determined that the driver – Watson – was allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

SILVER CREEK – Ryan T. Taggart, 34, of Silver Creek was charged Friday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle. At 12:25 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle after allegedly observing an expired inspection sticker. It is alleged that the driver – Taggart – had revoked driving privileges in New York. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
