ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jack A. Loucks, 64, of Falconer was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. At 6:07 p.m., officers responded to a vehicle complaint. After pulling over the vehicle, they determined that the driver – Loucks – was intoxicated. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Elmer J. Tardi, 19, of Fredonia was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and loud exhaust. Officers pulled over Tardi’s vehicle on Route 60 in Ellicott for a loud exhaust. Investigation revealed that Tardi allegedly had a small quantity of marijuana. Tardi will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

POMFRET – Kevin L. Bellardo, 18, of Lakewood was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. At 7:22 p.m., deputies responded to Denny’s for a report of a disorderly person. After an investigation, it is alleged that Bellardo was asked to leave the restaurant for using obscene language. Bellardo reportedly refused and continued to cause a disturbance. Bellardo then exited the restaurant, and while in the parking lot, allegedly spit on the seat of a patron’s motorcycle. While deputies were on scene, Bellardo reportedly continued to cause a disturbance and use obscene language in front of patrons. Bellardo allegedly tried to pull away from deputies as he was being arrested. He will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

KENNEDY- Thomas J. Schosek, 28, of Jamestown was charged Friday at 9:30 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, consumption of alcoholic beverages in a vehicle, improper turning signal and numerous traffic infractions after a traffic stop on Route 62 in Kennedy. Troopers detected an odor of alcohol, and after field sobriety tests, placed Schosek under arrest for DWI. He was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown for processing where a blood alcohol content of .15 was obtained. Schosek will appear in Poland Court at a later date.

NORTH HARMONY – Orion E. Purslow, 43, of Panama was charged on Aug.19 with three counts of public lewdness after investigating a complaint of a subject parked on Interstate 86 in North Harmony who was exposing himself to passing motorists. State Police have had three previous reports involving Purslow and his vehicle over the past four months. Purslow was located at his residence by State Police who followed up on the vehicle and plate description. He was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown for processing. He will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
