LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Keith E. Weilacher, 37, of Lakewood was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. At 11:10 p.m., officers responded to 163 Lakeview Ave. for a reported domestic incident. Investigation revealed that Weilacher had an argument and damaged property in the home. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

A 17-year-old Jamestown male was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. At 12:53 p.m., police responded to Tops Markets on Washington Street for a shoplifter in custody. A 17-year-old male was found stealing merchandise totaling $20.52. He was transported to the city jail and arraigned.

Lori L. Kelsey, 48, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with theft of services. At 12:57 a.m., officers were dispatched to 52 Thayer St. for a complaint of a female refusing to pay her cab fare. Officers spoke with Kelsey who stated that she did not have money to pay for her $8.25 fare to her residence. She was transported to the city jail without incident.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ELLICOTT – Richard A. Carlson, 19, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and permitting unlicensed operation. Thomas M. Lombardo, 16, of Frewsburg was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, unlicensed operator, operating out of class, failure to keep right and improper left turn. At 12:15 a.m., a Sheriff’s patrol pulled over a vehicle for making traffic infractions on Fairmount Avenue in Ellicott. The driver – Lombardo – was found driving on only a class DJ learner’s permit. Deputies observed a quantity of beer and marijuana inside. Both will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
