Savage, Koeth Capture MBCC Member-Guest

Stewart Savage and Richard Koeth won the 2014 Member-Guest Invitational at Moon Brook Country Club on Saturday afternoon.

Savage and Koeth shot a three-day net total of 65-64-66-195. Tom Yocum and Jim Todaro (64-65-66-195) were the overall runners-up.

Yocum and Todaro had the best score, a 64, on the first day, Jamie Barton and Jim Brown a 63 for medalist honors on the second day and Dan Welsh and Mike Bishop a 62 for the lowest score on the third day.

Pete Schiera and Pete Schiera Jr. took the First Flight with a 66-67-67-200, edging Barton and Brown, who had a 67-63-71-201.

Pete Pillittieri and Paul Mole were the Second Flight winners with 67-64-69-200 followed by Paul Cardinale and Brian Devine, who shot a 68-66-70-204.

Mike and Jim Giunta captured Third Flight with 70-65-65-200 with Drew Weaver and Pat Kelliher in second with a 69-66-71-206.

In Fourth Flight, Bill Emerson and Mike Barber were the victors with a 70-67-67-204 followed by Ed Shults and Randy Kane with a 70-72-66-208.

Chris Pappalardo and Anthony Cusimano won the Fifth Flight by shooting a 71-66-68-205 and right behind them were Rick Joslyn and Richie Joslyn with a 72-64-70-206.

Roy Glosser and Mike Klein took the Sixth Flight with a 73-70-71-214 which bettered by four strokes the team of John LaMancuso and Rob Foti with a 75-68-75-218.
