Cruise Against Hunger To Benefit Food Bank Of WNY

WESTFIELD – The third annual Cruise Against Hunger, to benefit the Food Bank of Western New York, will take place Saturday, Aug. 9, at the Cross Roads Farm and Craft Market, 6017 Sherman-Westfield Road in Westfield.

This event will feature beautiful classic cars and for the first time, motorcycles. There will also be locally produced crafts and wines along with a raffle, auction and live entertainment.

Food will be served by many local vendors and there will be a chicken barbecue sponsored by the Blue Star Mothers. Funds raised from the barbecue will help these mothers continue their mission to send care packages to as many soldiers as possible serving overseas.

All proceeds benefit the Food Bank of WNY’s hunger-fighting work in Chautauqua County. Barrels will be on site for food donations.

Anyone interested in volunteering at this event can contact Christina Potempa by email at or 935-6712.
