Trio Charged With Larceny, Police Searching For Suspect After Incident
Jamestown Police are attempting to locate a suspect who led officers on a foot pursuit throughout the city after allegedly stealing property Tuesday night from the 7-Eleven on North Main Street.
At 11:30 p.m., uniformed Jamestown Police officers on bike patrol stopped three individuals for acting suspicious and committing other offenses through the north side of the city.
Further investigation revealed they had stolen food and alcoholic beverages in their possession.
Amy L. Robbins, 31, of Jamestown, Michael P. Pacheco, 45, of Salamanca, and a 17-year-old male were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Robbins was additionally charged with disorderly conduct.
They are currently being held in Jamestown City Jail.
The suspect who fled is described as a black male between ages 17 and 20, last seen wearing a long-sleeve, off-white shirt with red shorts and an unknown type of ball cap.
