Jamestown Police Charge Three With Larceny, Search For Another Suspect Following 7-Eleven Incident

Jamestown Police officers charged three area residents late Tuesday night for allegedly stealing food and alcoholic beverages from the North Main Street 7-Eleven. One subject remains at large.

Uniformed officers on bike patrol stopped the three subjects for acting suspicious and committing other offenses through the north side of the city. Upon further investigation, police discovered the three individuals had stolen property in their possession.

Amy L. Robbins, 31, of Jamestown, Michael P. Pacheco, 45, of Salamanca, and a 17-year-old male were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Robbins was additionally charged with disorderly conduct.

The three subjects are currently being held in Jamestown City Jail.

Police are attempting to locate a suspect who led officers on a foot pursuit through the city after stealing property from the store. The suspect is described as a black male between ages 17 and 20, last seen wearing a long-sleeve, off-white shirt with red shorts and an unknown type of ball cap.
