Two Suspects From Falconer Street Robbery Handed 22-Count Indictment
Two suspects who were located and charged at the scene of the July 1 Falconer Street home invasion robbery have been indicted by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury. They now face additional charges from the 22-count indictment handed down last week and announced today by the Jamestown Police Department.
Jaqwan Martin, 23, of Buffalo, and Maqwan Martin, 23, of Buffalo, each face four counts of first-degree burglary, six counts of first-degree robbery, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a first-degree criminal sexual act charge, two counts of first-degree criminal use of a firearm, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and four counts of second-degree assault.
The two suspects were committed to Chautauqua County Jail on $1 million cash or $2 million property bond.
The Martins were located and charged at the scene of the home invasion robbery at 188 Falconer St. Police said more arrests are expected and will be announced in the coming week. Several other suspects who are involved and related to this case are currently in custody in Chautauqua County and in Erie County on parole violations, and charges against them are pending.
