BATIS – Matthew J. Batis of Lakewood, a junior majoring in health sciences at Franklin Pierce University, Rindge, N.H., was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester.

CHEN – Annie Chen, of Jamestown, earned a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting and mass communication, cum laude, from the State College at Oswego.

CHRISTIE – Charles Christie, a third-year pharmacy major at Ohio Northern University, Ada, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester. He is the son of Jeffrey and Frances Christie of Mayville.

GREKALSKI – Amber Grekalski graduated in May from St. Bonaventure University with a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications. A 2006 Jamestown High graduate, Grekalski also earned a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Bonaventure in 2011. She is currently interning with the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.

KANE – Thorin B. Kane, of Dewittville, earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing, cum laude, from the State College at Oswego.

MAURO – Marissa Mauro, a senior majoring in performance at Ohio Northern University, Ada, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester. She is the daughter of David and Lisa Mauro of Jamestown.

MERCHANT – Jennifer Merchant, of Lakewood, a business administration major at Elmira College, was named to the dean’s list for the spring term.

MOLE – Rachel Mole, a graduate of Frewsburg High School, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at The College of Wooster, Ohio.

MONTERIO – Joseph Monterio, of Randolph, earned a Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College, St. Augustine, Fla.

NAGLE – Michelle Nagle, of Randolph, was named to the dean’s list at Genesee Community College, Batavia, for the spring term.

NELSON – Kurt Nelson, of Jamestown, was named to the dean’s list at Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Ohio, for the spring semester.

NEUBAUER – Sydney L. Neubauer, daughter of Marv and Shannon Neubauer and also Michael and Patrice Heath, all of Jamestown, earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, with a double major in English and history at St. Bonaventure University. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in secondary education at St. Bonaventure.

NOBLES – Allison Nobles, of South Dayton, was named to the dean’s list for the spring term at Elmira College where she is studying sociology and anthropology, philosophy and religion.

OGNIBENE – Alex V. Ognibene, of Falconer, was named to the dean’s list at Logan University, St. Louis, Mo., for the spring semester.

PACITTI – Elise Pacitti, of Frewsburg, earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the State College at Potsdam.

RALPH – Alyssa Ralph, a mathematics and theatre arts major, was named to the spring term dean’s list at Hartwick College, Oneonta, N.Y. She is the daughter of Joseph Ralph and Loretta Waterman.

RAPPOLE – Whitney Rappole, of Bemus Point, earned a Doctorate of Law from the School of Law of Emory University, Atlanta, Ga.

RUPCZYK – Adam R. Rupczyk, of Ashville, earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the State College at Oswego.

SALEMME – Patrick Salemme, of Jamestown, was named to the dean’s list at the University of Notre Dame’s College of Arts and Letters for the spring semester.

SCHMIDT – Andrea Schmidt, a fifth-year pharmacy major, was named to the dean’s list at Ohio Northern University, Ada, for the spring semester. She is the daughter of Leslie Johnson of Mayville and Robert Schmidt of Frewsburg.

SPENGLER-SISSON – Trisha Spengler-Sisson, of Frewsburg, was named to the dean’s list at Chadron State College, Neb., for the spring semester and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science.

SWANSON – William Swanson of Jamestown, a junior chemistry major at Canisius College, Buffalo, was named to the dean’s list with special distinction for the spring semester.

TUBBS – Meghan Tubbs, of Warren, was named to the president’s list at Capital University, Bexley, Ohio, for the spring semester.

WENZEL – Darren Wenzel, of Russell, was named to the spring dean’s list at The University of Findlay, Ohio.

ZUROSKI – Isabella Zuroski, of Bemus Point, was named to the dean’s list at Washington and Lee University for the winter term.
