The Show Must Go On

Horror-musical hybrid, “Stage Fright,” will show at Reg Lenna Center for the Arts on Saturday and Wednesday, July 16, at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. The film is the directing debut of Jerome Sable and stars Allie MacDonald, Minnie Driver and Meat Loaf.

“Stage Fright” follows the story of two teenagers who attend a musical theater summer camp. Following in the footsteps of their mother – a Broadway diva slain in a production – the siblings stick to the entertainment world’s philosophy of “the show must go on” even as fellow campers and staff are killed off by a masked killer. The film is 89 minutes long and is rated R.
