RANDOLPH, N.Y. –
Scott A. Brown, 52, of Philips Brook Road, Randolph, passed away, Thursday, July 3, 2014 in ECMC in Buffalo, from complications due to an automobile accident in Little Valley, on Wednesday.
Scott was born Sept. 14, 1961, in Jamestown, the son of Ralph P. and Alice E. Francis Brown.
He was a 1979 graduate of Randolph Central School, and was employed by Local 1163 Millwright Union in Buffalo. Scott was a member of the Randolph First Baptist Church. He enjoyed boating, canoeing, camping, hunting, fishing and building model aircraft.
Scott is survived by his parents, Ralph and Alice Brown of Randolph; a daughter; Lindsey E. Brown of Randolph; two sons: Aaron A. Brown of Mayville, and Noah P. Brown of Randolph; a grandson, Conner Buchholz of Randolph; a sister; Cheryl Mohr and husband, Tom of Randolph; two brothers: Douglas Brown of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Gregory Brown and wife Lori of Randolph; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 12, 2014, in the First Baptist Church of Randolph.
Funeral services will follow at noon in the church with the pastor, Rev. Kenneth Schultz officiating. Burial will be in the Sample Hill Cemetery in Randolph.
