JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Scott A. Bellardo Jr., 23, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt and family offense act along with second-degree harassment. Helena B. Flores, 37, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. At 8:33 p.m., officers responded to the area of East Seventh and Liberty streets on a report of a fight. Investigation revealed that Bellardo and Flores were arguing at a house, police said. When asked to leave, Bellardo became upset and threatened a 15-year-old male, according to police. After he was charged, Flores allegedly became upset and started screaming. She also resisted arrest, police said. Both were transported to the city jail where it was determined that Bellardo had an order of protection to stay away from Flores, according to police. Both are pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SHERMAN – Jordan T. Adams, 28, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 3:15 a.m., deputies responded to Waits Corners Road in Sherman for a suspicious situation. Investigation revealed that Adams had a small quantity of marijuana. He will appear in Sherman Court at a later date.

POMFRET – Dananir Arafat, 19, of Fredonia was charged Saturday with moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated common law and DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. At 2:12 a.m., deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Van Buren Road in Pomfret. Arafat was driving eastbound when her vehicle veered off the roadway, struck an embankment and rolled over on its roof, police said. Investigation revealed that Arafat was intoxicated, according to police. She will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.

STOCKTON – Natalia I. Semyenova, 41, of Stockton was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. At 9:30 p.m., deputies along with State Troopers responded to a physical altercation on Barber Road in Stockton. Further investigation revealed that Semyenova threw several items at another individual, striking the individual, police said. She will appear in Stockton Court at a later date.

HANOVER – Gary J. Krzakala, 51, of Orange, California, was charged Sunday with crossing hazard markings, speeding, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. At 10:15 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle on Route 5 in Hanover speeding and crossing the center line of the roadway. Investigation determined that the driver – Krzakala – was intoxicated, police said. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

HANOVER – Jessica K. Tiedemann, 28, of Hamburg was charged Sunday with unsafe backing, refusal to take a pre-breath test, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher. At 1:08 a.m., deputies responded to an address on Armstrong Street in Hanover for a report of a group fighting. Investigation revealed that Tiedemann had attempted to leave a residence in her vehicle and backed into a neighbor’s vehicle, according to police. Tiedemann was found to be intoxicated, police said. She will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

RIPLEY – Michael S. Lorei, 29, of Ripley was charged June 30 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speeding. At 8:11 p.m., a patrol officer pulled over a speeding motorist on Route 20 in Ripley. Investigation revealed that the driver – Lorei – was intoxicated, police said. He will appear in Ripley Court at a later date.

BEMUS POINT – Andrea L. Johnson, 28, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speeding. At 2:25 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Main Street in Bemus Point for speeding. Investigation revealed that the driver-Johnson-was intoxicated, according to police. She will appear in Ellery Court at a later date.

STOCKTON – Melissa D. Nowell, 38, of Jamestown was charged Monday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. At 11:55 a.m., Nowell was pulled over on Route 38 in Stockton for speeding, police said. Investigation determined that Nowell had suspended driving privileges for failing to pay a fine, according to police. She will appear in Stockton Court at a later date.

SHERMAN – Jamie L. Warner, 32, of Pueblo, Colorado, was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 5:43 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Stebbins Road in Sherman for a violation. Investigation revealed that the driver – Warner – had a small quantity of marijuana and a controlled substance, police said. Warner will appear in Sherman Court at a later date.
