A-Bat/Buzzetto’s Pizza captured wins on Sunday from Gamers Haven, Auto Credit and Smartfellers.

Angelo Rivera stroked three hits with a home run while Brandon Gifford and Nekyle Taylor had three hits with a double against Gamers Haven.

Also for the winners, Richard Allen, Bill Lawson and Derrick Harper had two hits with a double.

Scott Corbett, Ryan Frangione, Nick Ryan and Cy Bello recorded two hits in the loss.

Doug Trapani and Allen had four hits against Auto Credit with Trapani hitting two home runs and a triple. Teammates Steve Trapani, Jeremy English and Gifford added three hits with two doubles each.

Dave Saxton, Ryan Anderson and Bill Lawson produced two hits and a home run for the winners.

Randy Elleman had two hits with a double in vain.

Taylor and Doug Trapani had three hits with a home run versus the Smartfellers. Steve Trapani, Harper and English had two hits with a double while Rivera homered for the victors.

Sean Chapman delivered three hits, John Barlow and Dean Stockwell two in the loss.


Dalton DuBois tossed a five-hitter with 11 strikeouts and just two walks as Bemus Point VFW defeated the Falconer Firemen, 9-5.

DuBois also helped his own cause with a double and a triple in the win,

Zak Trim slugged two triples and Logan Fain added two singles for VFW.

Ben Schrader had two singles and Brad Gunnell doubled for the Firemen.


Aysia Reed had three hits, Cassie Lyon scored three runs and Anais Manceau added a hit as Panama beat Southwestern No. 2, 13-3.

Corrine Hovey was the outstanding defensive player for Panama.

For Southwestern, Mary Gerace was the top offensive player, Jessica Kier and Jaidyn Newhouse was also outstanding as well.
