Jamestown Area Oldtimers Lose Pair To Chester

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio The Jamestown Area Oldtimers men’s baseball team dropped a pair of games to American Division rival Chester, W.Va. last Sunday.

In game one Brian Moldovan went 3-for-4 and Larry Persing 2-for-3 for Jamestown.

Ron Thomas led game two and was 3-for-3 for the Oldtimers, who are now 2-4 on the year.

The Oldtimers will be back in action at home this Saturday where they will meet National Division leader Girard, Ohio in a doubleheader, starting at 11 a.m. at Diethrick Park.
