Area Police Reports


Danielle L. Rapp, 35, received multiple charges following a traffic stop which occurred Saturday morning. At approximately 2:38 a.m., an officer observed a red pickup truck drive through the stop sign located at the intersection of Allen and Maple streets. After the truck ran another stop sign at the intersection of Allen and English streets, the officer made a traffic stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the truck, Rapp, was intoxicated. Rapp was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where she consented to a chemical test. The test determined her blood alcohol concentration to be twice the legal limit. She was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, no/improper turn signal, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI and blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or higher. She was later released, and will appear in court at a later date.

Kimberly A. Malone, 54, has been charged following an incident which allegedly occurred Friday. At approximately 3:09 a.m., officers responded to a Foote Avenue address for a report of a burglary in progress. Further investigation revealed that Malone had entered the victim’s residence through a window, and stole numerous amounts of jewelry. Malone was taken into custody without incident, and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, and is currently awaiting arraignment by Jamestown City Court.

Christopher J. Terrell, 22, was charged with criminal impersonation following a traffic stop Sunday. At approximately 10:48 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Washington and Fourth streets for a traffic violation. A male passenger in the vehicle appeared to be very nervous, and gave officers a false name. Officers were able to identify the male as Christopher J. Terrell, and learned that he had a valid felony warrant out of Buffalo. Terrell was taken into custody without incident, and transported to Jamestown City Jail – where he is being held pending arraignment.


Carmen Figueroa, 39, was charged with petit larceny Saturday for allegedly taking merchandise totaling $198 from Sears department store without paying. Figueroa was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.


OLEAN – Bobbie Jo Cleveland, 38, of Olean, was met with multiple charges Friday after she was taken into custody for selling controlled substances to an undercover officer of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Cleveland was taken into custody without incident, and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was arraigned at Cattaraugus County Court by Judge Michael Nenno. Cleveland was released on her own recognizance, and is to reappear in Olean City Court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY – Eli J. Lowry, 24, of Little Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and failure to keep right following a traffic stop Friday morning. Lowry was processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, and was released. He is due to appear in Little Valley Town Court at a later date.
