CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SILVER CREEK – Daniel F. Neubauer, 34, of Silver Creek was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 5:35 p.m., deputies responded to 24 Howard St. in Silver Creek for reports of a smell of marijuana smoke coming from the lower apartment. Investigation revealed that Neubauer was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK – Patricia A. Patton, 59, of Silver Creek was charged Tuesday with trespass. At 1:35 a.m., deputies were called to Robinson Street in Silver Creek for a report of trespass. It is alleged that Patton trespassed on private property that she did not own. She will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Michael I. Adamson, 29, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal contempt. At 12:08 a.m., police were dispatched to a domestic dispute at 112 Falconer St. Apt. 1. Upon arrival, officers could hear a physical altercation and decided to make an entry. Officers saw Adamson punching a female victim while she was in a defensive position on the floor. Officers physically restrained Adamson and took into him custody. Investigation revealed that he had come to the victim’s home and started an argument. He grabbed the victim by her head and hit it against the wall, before punching her in the face several times and choking her all in the presence of a 1-year-old child. The victim has a valid order of protection against Adamson. He was transported to city jail.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
COLDSPRING – Vernon D. Pierce, 18, of Steamburg was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. At 1 a.m., Pierce was taken into custody after an incident on South Loop in Steamburg. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $250 bail and will appear in Coldspring Court at a later date.
OLEAN – Wade C. Green, 20, of Olean was arrested Monday on two Olean bench warrants. At 8:42 p.m., Green was pulled over on Constitution Avenue in Olean after a patrol observed his vehicle had an illegal tint. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Green had two outstanding bench warrants from Olean Court. He was transported to the Olean Police Department.
SALAMANCA – Sunny J. Kennedy, 40, of Salamanca was arrested Friday at 6 p.m. on a violation of probation warrant out of Cattaraugus County Court. She was transported to county jail where she is being held without bail. She will appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date.
