CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

NORTH HARMONY – Kristopher A. Wright, 22, of Jamestown was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se, moving from lane unsafely and consumption/possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At approximately 10:35 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a call for a vehicle stopped in the roadway on Route 394 near Bly Hill in North Harmony. Deputies arrived and found Wright seated in the driver’s seat of a vehicle stopped partially on the roadway. Investigation revealed he was intoxicated. He will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

John L. Colburn, 53, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt. At approximately 2:25 a.m., officers responded to a domestic incident at 45 Baker St. Investigation revealed that Colburn went to the home of a female who had an order of protection against him. Colburn was transported to city jail and is pending arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Christian M. Forshee, 23, of Greensboro, N.C., was charged Tuesday with insufficient tail lamps and unlawful possession of marijuana. At approximately 12:17 a.m., a patrol on West Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood stopped a vehicle with no tail lamps. Investigation revealed that Forshee was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

Lacey J. Hyde, 28, of Ashville was charged Monday with petit larceny. At approximately 4:14 p.m., Hyde was arrested after she stole merchandise from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. The merchandise found totalled $25.42. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Gary L. Eckholm, 57, of Mill Hall, Pa., was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more after officers stopped him on Swan Street for failing to keep right. He was remanded to the county jail on $1,500/$3,000 bail. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

GOWANDA – Kevin D. Goodemote, 58, of Dayton was charged Sunday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate exhaust. At approximately 9:21 a.m., Goodemote was stopped in Gowanda for an inadequate exhaust. Investigation revealed that his driver’s license was suspended for an alcohol-related offense. He will appear in Persia Court at a later date.
