Three Falconer Teens Charged After Smoking Marijuana With Juveniles
FALCONER – Three Falconer males were charged Friday after allegedly smoking marijuana in the presence of six juveniles.
The three males – two 17-year-olds and one 18-year-old – were issued appearance tickets at a 205 East Ave. garage, where they reportedly smoked marijuana in front of six juveniles, ranging in age from 13 to 16.
According to Ellicott Police, the incident was reported by a passer-by who saw one of the juveniles climbing through a garage window and expected a possible burglary.
The garage belonged to the parents of one of the juveniles.
The three males were charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The 18-year-old was also charged with possession of alcohol under 21.
They will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
The juveniles were turned over to their parents.
