Foti-Madden Sit In I-A Lead After Two Rounds

ELLICOTTVILLE – The teams of Dave Foti and Nick Madden, and Sam Mason and Craig Glatz shared medalist honors Friday in the second round of the 44th annual Italian-American Charity Golf Tournament at Holiday Valley Resort.

Both teams shot net best-ball 10-under-par 60 scores and enter today’s final round one shot apart. Foti and Madden, playing out of the First Flight, lead the field with a 126, while Mason and Glatz are at 127 and pace the Third Flight.

Other flight leaders are Carl Pillittieri-Dave Bogdan, 132, Second Flight; Tom D’Angelo-Steve Johnson, 133, Fourth Flight; Todd Frangione-Mark Tarbrake, 138, Fifth Flight; Tony Vitello-John Deppas, 138, Sixth Flight; and Jim Todaro-Ryan Calkins, 143, Seventh Flight.

The overall champion and runners-up can come from any flight.
