ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Michael Markovich, 30, of Falconer was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct after a complaint of loud music. Markovich will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Jennifer P. Haer, 33, of Falconer was charged Tuesday with second-degree reckless endangerment. At approximately 1:40 a.m., police were dispatched to a Falconer residence for an unwanted subject. Investigation revealed that Haer engaged in an argument inside a residence with a male subject and then pushed him down a flight of stairs, making him lose consciousness. She was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail, and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

NORTH HARMONY – Patrick Montgomery, 25, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was charged Monday with driving while ability impaired with drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. Michael M. Frasier, 22, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was charged Monday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were traveling in a vehicle on Interstate 86 in North Harmony. After being stopped for speeding and interviewing Montgomery, New York State Police detected an odor of marijuana. With the assistance of K-9 Kubi, Troopers seized a marijuana grinder and a quantity of marijuana in a bag along with some Adderall pills from the center console. A check of the bag in the backseat led to the discovery of 14 grams of marijuana secreted in a shoe. Both subjects were transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown for processing and issued appearance tickets returnable to North Harmony Court.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ASHFORD – Benjamin G. Rager, 30, was charged Sunday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, ignition interlock and speed in zone. At approximately 2:34 a.m., Rager was stopped by a Sheriff’s patrol on Route 219 in Ashford for speeding. Investigation revealed that Rager had a revoked license for a past driving while intoxicated offense and was operating the vehicle without an ignition interlock. He will appear in Ashford Court at a later date.

OLEAN – Joseph M. Phillips, 25, of Olean was charged Sunday with violation of a probation warrant issued out of the Cattaraugus County Supreme Court. He was transported to the county jail.

PERRYSBURG – Donald T. Richards, 65, of South Dayton was charged Friday with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, felony DWI, failure to maintain lane and unsafe left turn after deputies responded to a one-car accident on Edwards Corners Road in Perrysburg. Investigation revealed that Richards failed to make a left turn and entered a ditch. He will appear in Perrysburg Court at a later date.
