City Woman, Two Kids Involved In T-Bone Accident

No injuries were sustained after a Jamestown woman and her two kids were involved in a T-bone vehicle collision Friday at the corner of Falconer Street and Niagara Avenue.

At approximately 11 a.m., the woman – whose name was not released – was driving her Chrysler Town & Country minivan eastbound on Falconer Street when she collided into a Buick sedan traveling northbound on Niagara Avenue.

The woman and her two kids – a 3-year-old and 8-month-old – were uninjured and declined medical treatment.

The driver of the Buick – a Cherry Creek man – admitted to failing to yield right of way and will be charged accordingly.
