JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jermaine A. Gordon, 26, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and unnecessary noise. At approximately 8:05 p.m., officers responded to 6 Hedges Ave. for a domestic dispute. Officers were advised by a third party that the male and female tenant were fighting. Officers could hear a male yelling from outside and made contact with Gordon, who refused to cooperate with officers by refusing to open the door and not allowing officers to interview the female victim. Gordon was transported to city jail without incident.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

LITTLE VALLEY – Cory R. Durrance, 37, of Little Valley was charged on May 30 with two counts of second-degree harassment and trespassing. He was arrested on a warrant issues out of Little Valley Court. He was remanded to the county jail with bail set at $500.

SALAMANCA – Hunter R. Tallchief, 23, of Salamanca was charged Wednesday with trespass and resisting arrest. At approximately 2:30 a.m., deputies responded to an address on Old Route 17 in Salamanca to investigate a trespass complaint. After locating Tallchief on the property, deputies attempted an arrest, but he began to run and attempted to fight them. Hunter will appear in Salamanca Court. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Seneca National Marshals.
