Falconer Pride Day Deemed A Success

FALCONER – Despite the cold weather and cloudy skies, more than 40 participants showed up for the annual Falconer Pride Day cleanup event held May 17.

This year’s cleanup was the 25th year that the village’s residents have gathered together to mark Earth Day and beautify the village. Groups participating in the cleanup included Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and members of the Civil Air Patrol as well as numerous village residents.

Participants gathered at the fire hall for hots dogs and refreshments following the cleanup.

Patricia Fales and Robert Van Every, co-chairpersons, would like to thank those who contributed their time to participate in the event.
