Michael S. Lockerbie, 49, of Jamestown was charged on April 11 with two counts of petit larceny. Lockerbie was taken into custody at his residence on an arrest warrant. He was arrested for entering a business two different times in one afternoon and stealing $183.23 worth of steaks. The second time he entered the store, Lockerbie was confronted by loss prevention. He fled, but was eventually located by police.

Gary L. West, 39, of Jamestown was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. Police responded to a local business for a disorderly subject. Investigation revealed that West made threats to another worker and slapped a coffee cup out of the victim’s hand. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
