Police Make Crack Cocaine Bust In City

Jamestown Police and New York State Police executed a search warrant at 847 Lafayette St. in the city at 10:25 this morning, resulting in the arrests of two men.

Laval A. Johnson, 29, was located inside the apartment in possession of crack cocaine and cash. He is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Johnson was transported to city jail, where he is awaiting arraignment.

Investigators also located Antonio A. Sanders, 25, inside the apartment and took him into custody on two outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court for a first-degree contempt charge. Sanders was taken to city jail, where he is awaiting arraignment.
