CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

HANOVER – Frank M. Pachetti III, 19, of Irving was charged Wednesday with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. At approximately 12:49 p.m., deputies were called to a disorderly person complaint in Hanover. Investigation revealed that Pachetti was involved in a verbal altercation with another male. Pachetti was also in possession of a hypodermic needle. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

RIPLEY – Joseph A. Timmerman, 32, of Westfield was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. At approximately 12:55 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle stuck in a grape vineyard on Route 5 in Ripley. Upon arrival, deputies located the vehicle in an irrigation ditch. Investigation revealed the driver – Timmerman – was intoxicated. He will appear in Ripley Court at a later date. Other charges may be filed pending investigation into possible damage to property in the vineyard caused by Timmerman.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

OLEAN – Katherine Ann Hayes, 27, of Olean was charged Monday at approximately 1:25 p.m. with a violation of probation warrant issued out of the Cattaraugus County Supreme Court. She was taken into custody at her residence and transported to the county jail.
