Jamestown Police Arrest Fugitive From Justice

Jamestown Police Department officers arrested a fugitive from justice at 10:15 this morning.

Tyler A. Perez, 30, of 739 E. Second St., Apt. 5, was taken into custody on a felony warrant for failing to appear for a possession of a firearm charge from an incident that occurred in April of last year.

JPD received information from the Allegheny County, Pa., Sheriff’s Office that they had a felony warrant for Perez.

Perez was located at his father’s residence, police said. He will be committed to Chautauqua County Jail, where he will face extradition at a later date from authorities in Allegheny County, Pa.
