Area Police Reports


POMFRET – Dennis A. Wallace, 36, of Dunkirk was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. At approximately 10:10 p.m., deputies conducted an investigation into an individual possessing a banned assault rifle and found Wallace in possession of an illegal assault rifle. Wallace is currently in custody for an unrelated charge and will answer the weapon possession charge at Pomfret Court on a later date.


Chady L. Chamberlain, 32, of Jamestown was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of petit larceny. At approximately 4:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to 1026 Allen St. for a fight. Upon arrival, officers observed the defendant – Chamberlain – being detained by a few subjects. It was determined that Chamberlain had stolen from two vehicles parked in the driveway. Property belonging in both vehicles was located on Chamberlain’s person. The driver side door on of the vehicles was also damaged by Chamberlain. He was transported to city jail without incident.


Ronald M. Livk, 73, of Falconer was charged Monday with petit larceny. Police were called to the Dollar General store on West Main Street in Falconer where store employees had detained Livk for reportedly removing merchandise from the store without paying for it. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.


Lisandro M. Sanchez, 33, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday at approximately 2:45 p.m. with petit larceny. It is alleged that Sanchez stole $148 in merchandise from Sears in the Chautauqua Mall. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.


LITTLE VALLEY – Cassandra Lee Milligan, 33, of Allegany was charged Monday with violation of probation warrant. At approximately 8:55 a.m., Milligan was arrested on a violation of a probation warrant issued out of the Cattaraugus County Supreme Court. Milligan turned herself into the Sheriff’s Office and was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

RANDOLPH – Erik J. Lindquist, 33, of Kennedy was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and inadequate exhaust after a traffic stop on Spring Street. He is due back in Randolph Court at a later date.
