JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Desirae S. Bradford, 29, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, failure to keep right and failure to use turn signal. At approximately 12:28 a.m., police stopped a vehicle on Allen Street for failure to keep right and failing to use a turn signal. Further investigation revealed that the driver – Bradford – was intoxicated. She was transported to city jail where a chemical breath test revealed a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit. Bradford is currently awaiting arraignment by Jamestown City Court.
Shawnette L. Williamson, 20, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to signal. At approximately 2:21 a.m., police stopped a vehicle on Chapin Street after observing it make an illegal right turn. Officers found the occupants attempting to hide from officers inside the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the driver – Williamson – was intoxicated. She was transported to city jail where a breath test revealed a blood alcohol content over the legal limit. Williamson is currently awaiting arraignment at the city jail.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
William E. Hann, 34, of Warren, Pa., Tammy S. Lampman, 43, of Jamestown and Jessica L. Hann, 32, of Warren, Pa., were charged Tuesday with trespass. Police responded to a trespass complaint and found the above subjects in violation of trespassing on the railroad tracks. All three will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Kelly T. Short, 61, of Falconer was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. Police received a complaint from a homeowner in Falconer that he had observed his neighbor remove loose stone work from his foundation and place it on his property. Short will appear in court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Samuel L. Critzer, 27, of Falconer was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. It is alleged that on April 4, at approximately 4:21 p.m., Critzer stole a flatscreen television from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
