TOPS Members Continue To Weigh In
TOPS NY 721 Jamestown members met on March 20. Linda Pompilio was the TOPS best loser and Carol Kirkpatrick received free dues. Prize winners were Mary Moore, Barb Linza and Karen Ray.
Donna Borst presented a program on senior citizen exercise and Doug and Lillian Brown held a Chinese auction.
The thought was that things change for the better when taking responsibility for our thoughts, decisions and actions.
Twenty-six members weighed in on March 27. Best losers were Stephen Crawford, TOPS, who also received free dues and Diane Anderson, KOPS. Prize winners were Lillian Brown and Mary Lou Lawson. Imogene Truax and Sylvia Johnson were punch card winners. Stephany Williams and Julie Davis were raffle winners.
Discussion was on the April 26 Rainbow KOPS dinner in Brocton. The thought was that we are the No. 1 cheerleader in our lives.
Bob Lawson received free dues at the April 3 meeting. Truax and Darrylin Sperry were prize winners. Pat Smith, Ethel Scott and Bernice Jones were punch card winners. The thought was that eating the wrong foods helps to gain weight and eating the right foods will help in losing it.
Chapter weigh-ins are from 8:30-9:30 a.m. each Thursday in the Kidder United Methodist Church, corner of South Main Street and Cole Avenue, followed by a meeting. For more information, call 763-4626.
