CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

CHAUTAUQUA-Douglas A. Swan, 46, of Mayville, was charged April 2 with forcible touching. At approximately 10:53 p.m., a patrol responded to a complaint from a female victim that a male subject had groped her against her will. It is alleged that Swan touched the intimate parts of the victim in an inappropriate way. Swan will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Robert M. Fallan, 25, of Jamestown, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespass. Police were dispatched to an apartment complex in Falconer for a possible assault. Investigation found that no assault had occurred but that Fallan entered an apartment unlawfully. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Arnold A. Hewitt, of Falconer, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. It is alleged that Hewitt violated the conditions of an order of protection that was issued by the Jamestown City Court. Hewitt allegedly walked by a business on West Main Street several times knowing that the victim was inside. He was arrested on the scene and arraigned in Ellicott Court.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

FALCONER-Kenneth L. Drake, 36, of Ashville, was charged Saturday with felony driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Dow Street. Drake was transported to state police in Jamestown where a blood alcohol content of .09 was obtained. He will appear in Ellicott Court. He was released to a third party.

VILLENOVA-Kevin F. Bailey, 47, of South Dayton, was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right after a traffic stop on Smith Road. Bailey was transported to state police in Jamestown for processing, where a BAC of .09 was obtained. He was issued tickets and will appear in Villenova Court. Bailey was released to a third party.
