CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Jacob D. Seeley, 21, of Silver Creek, and Talia B. Zrimsek, 18, of Silver Creek were both charged Monday with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy. It is alleged that Seeley and Zrimsek along with a third unnamed subject broke a glass window at Barone Liquors and stole merchandise. Seeley was arrested on a warrant on March 21 and Zrimsek turned himself into the Silver Creek Court on Monday. Both were arraigned and remanded to the county jail with bail. They will appear in court at a later date. The investigation is continuing in this matter.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Corinna D. McCreary, 31, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. McCreary was observed by an employee of Sears as she placed 12 items into her purse. She then left the store without paying for them. The total value of the items was $307.91. She was detained by Sears until police arrived. McCreary was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court on April 10.

Chyanna M. Muntz, 25, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny. At approximately 7:50 p.m., Muntz was arrested after stealing merchandise from the Wal-Mart in Lakewood. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Edward J. Gustafson, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny. Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at a Falconer business. Gustafson was arrested and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

WARREN – Charles D. Crissman, 25, of Brokenstraw was charged Monday with harassment. At approximately 3 p.m., it is alleged that Crissman and a male victim entered a verbal argument which escalated into a physical confrontation. Crissman reportedly shoved the victim in the chest and grabbed his arm.
