City Man Charged For Urinating In Falconer CVS

FALCONER – A Jamestown man is behind bars after he allegedly urinated in a local CVS.

Ellicott Police charged Brandon K. Sorenson, 20, of Jefferson Street, with public lewdness and third-degree criminal tampering after he allegedly urinated in the back corner of the Falconer CVS on South Work Street on March 18. The public identified Sorenson after his picture appeared in The Post-Journal last week, police said.

Sorenson was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail. He will appear in court at a later date.
