Woman Charged After Sinclairville Accident
SINCLAIRVILLE – A Sinclairville woman faces charges after a March 13 accident.
Rose E. Raynor, 29, of 7176 N. Hill Road, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right after a two-car accident on Rood Road.
At 5:58 p.m. on March 13, sheriff’s deputies responded to a personal-injury accident in the town of Charlotte. An investigation revealed that Raynor collided head-on with a car driven by a 39-year-old Sinclairville woman. The 39-year-old was taken to WCA Hospital by Sinclairville Rescue for injuries to her right leg. Raynor was taken to Brooks Hospital by Cassadaga Rescue to be examined.
On Wednesday, deputies went to Raynor’s residence at 4 p.m. and issued her traffic tickets stemming from the accident.
