To Host Dinner

Outdoor Club To Fly Kites March 23
The Allegheny Outdoor Club kite flying event scheduled for this Sunday has been canceled due to inclement weather. It is rescheduled for Sunday, March 23.
Viking Lodge To Hold Sunday Meal
MAPLE SPRINGS – Members of the Jamestown Viking Lodge will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at their Lake Park facility in Maple Springs this Sunday. This long-standing tradition will begin at 1 p.m. with food being served from 2-7 p.m. Typical Irish food will be available. All Vikings and their guests are invited and encouraged to attend this annual event.
Country, Gospel Music Set
Country and gospel music will be performed Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the East Randolph Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. The host band is Higher Ground.
Historical Society To Meet Monday
FREWSBURG – The Carroll Historical Society will meet Monday at 7 p.m. for their monthly meeting. Guest speaker for the evening will be Gary Nelson, president of the Marshal Martz Astronomical Association. He will speak about the history and future of the Martz Observatory in the town of Carroll. The public is welcome to attend. The historical society is located in the building behind the Carroll Town Hall, 5 Main St., Frewsburg.
Senior Group To Meet Monday
FREWSBURG – The Carroll Senior Citizens will meet for a soup and sandwich lunch and regular meeting on Monday at 12:30 p.m. at the Frewsburg American Legion. The cost is $5 per member and reservations can be made by calling Mary Himes at 569-6110. All area residents over 50 years old are welcome to attend.
Seniors To Hold Dinner Monday
STOW – The next meeting of the North Harmony Senior Citizens will be held on Monday at the center in Stow. A spaghetti dinner will be served and the cost will be $7 per person. Hosts for the dinner will be Bonnie Johnson, Anita and Earl Ferry, Case Foster and Penny and Ray Rossey. The birthday cake will be provided by Rhonda Hatfield. Tony Barone, local historian, will be the guest speaker. He has presented at many of the service clubs and organizations.

The Gerry Volunteer Fire Department auxiliary will meet in the fire hall at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. All members are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.
