ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Tammy L. Fedyna, 42, of Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. Police responded to Kmart for a report of a shoplifter in custody. It is alleged that Fedyna took property totaling $86.95 without paying. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RANDOLPH-Dale R. Wagatha Jr., 31, of Randolph, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant. At approximately 11:42 p.m., deputies apprehended Wagatha while checking on a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the Landmark Chevrolet parking lot. Wagatha was wanted by the Ellicott Police Department on a bench warrant. He was transferred to the custody of the Ellicott Police Department to face arraignment.

SALAMANCA-David J. Knoxsah, 24, of Salamanca, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. At approximately 11 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at Knoxsah’s residence and found him to be in violation of a stay away order of protection. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Salamanca Court at a later date.
