Taste Of ‘Show Business’

Falconer Productions will bring Annie Oakley to life on the stage during Falconer Central School’s annual musical.

More than 40 students are set to take part in Falconer Central School’s production of “Annie, Get Your Gun,” which is set for Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The show will feature classic tunes such as: “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” “Doin’ What Comes Naturally,” “You Can’t Get A Man With A Gun,” “They Say It’s Wonderful” and “Anything You Can Do.”

According to Helen Merrill, director, the heartwarming music of Irving Berlin is set to echo in the halls of Falconer Central School as high school students take to the boards with an ageless musical.

“You won’t want to miss this heartwarming production because the excited, energetic and enthusiastic students of Falconer Central School will take you on a journey that will have you tapping your toes, signing along and laughing until your sides hurt,” Merrill said.

Tickets to the show are $8 for adults, and $6 for students and seniors. Falconer Central School is located at 2 East Ave. N. in Falconer. For more information, call 665-6624 or visit www.falconerschool.org.
