Norris Joins Usherwood As Branch Manager
Terry Norris brings 27 years of experience in the copier industry, primarily through sales and customer service to Usherwood Office Technology’s new Jamestown office. As the branch manager for the newly opened office, Norris will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across client accounts in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Alleghany counties.
He possesses an associate degree from Jamestown Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in business from SUNY Fredonia.
Prior to joining Usherwood, Norris worked as a sales representative for 27 years in Chautauqua County where he interacted with many of the local businesses throughout the Southern Tier.
Norris volunteers as assistant coach for the Maple Grove High School wrestling team and enjoys playing softball in his spare time. Norris has a wife, Laurie, and two daughters, Ashlyn and Taylor.
Usherwood Office Technology’s new 3,500-square-foot office in Jamestown opened on March 1. This new branch is located at 1376 E. Second St., and will serve Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Alleghany counties. The new office will allow for more than 1,500 square feet of showroom where clients and prospects have the opportunity to enjoy a true hands-on experience with the latest technologies from industry leaders such as Canon, Samsung, Lexmark and Microsoft.
