Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges For Warren Man
A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man was charged Wednesday after police discovered .9 grams of heroin and hypodermic needles inside his vehicle.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, Dillon T. Gray, of Warren, Pa., was traveling near the intersection of Foote Avenue and Bush Place, when he was stopped by officers at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Upon approaching the vehicle, police observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. A subsequent search revealed .9 grams of heroin and several hypodermic needles inside.
Two children were also inside the vehicle.
Gray was taken into custody and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is currently awaiting arraignment.
