CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
ARKWRIGHT – Emily M. Farnham, 35, of Sinclairville was charged Monday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to keep right and moved from lane unsafely. At approximately 5:07 p.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Creek Road. After an investigation, it was alleged that the driver – Farnham – was operating her vehicle while impaired by prescription medication. She will appear in Arkwright Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Daniel A. Borowski, 55, of Perrysburg was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane. At approximately 2 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle in the ditch on Alleghany Road. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver – Borowski – was under the influence of alcohol. He was issued tickets and released to a third party. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
OLEAN – Cody M. Showers, 23, was charged Monday with sexual misconduct. Showers was apprehended on a warrant issued out of Olean Court. He was turned over to the Olean Police Department for processing without incident.
ALLEGANY – Donald J. Phearsdorf Jr., 26, of Allegany was charged Monday with violation of probation. He was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
RANDOLPH – Arthur J. Wright, 34, of Randolph was charged Sunday with failure to register with New York State sex offenders. Wright failed to register with the New York State Sex Offenders Registry. He will appear in Randolph Court at a later date.
OLEAN – Jesse J. Conner, 34, was apprehended on Feb. 28 on a bench warrant. The warrant was for a fourth-degree welfare fraud charge in 2013. He was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail without incident.
