Three-Vehicle Accident In City Sends Child To WCA

A child sustained minor injuries Monday afternoon after three vehicles allegedly rear-ended each other near the corner of Foote Avenue and Harrison Street.

Jamestown police and emergency officials as well as New York State Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 3:30 p.m.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation, police said. It is also unclear whether a fourth vehicle was involved in the accident.

The child-whose age was not released-was sent to WCA Hospital by ambulance due to non life threatening injuries, police said. No other injuries were reported.
