All four locations are owned by Jeffrey Boardman, 48, of Lakewood.
Authorities executed the search warrants simultaneously at 5:25 p.m., seizing growing marijuana, processed marijuana and equipment used to make marijuana in all four locations.
More than 150 marijuana plants were seized with an approximate value of $160,000.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force charged Boardman with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis. He was arraigned in Busti Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
The arrest culminates an investigation that has been ongoing for the past 10 months.
