Carrier — Young
Sarah Christine Young and Christopher Paul Carrier exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 31, 2013, at First Covenant Church in Jamestown, N.Y. Pastor Adam Rohler performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Brian Bogey, organist, and Pastor Adam Rohler, soloist.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Young of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold Swanson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Young. Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Carrier of Lyndhurst, Ohio.
Olivia Heeter was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mandy Stoltenberg, Kimberly Mourer and Kathryn Fry.
Best man was Patrick Carrier, brother of the groom. Ushers were Matthew Olver, Jonathan Young, brother of the bride, and Vince Severn. Ring bearer was Ryan Olver, nephew of the groom.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Allegheny College and earned a master’s degree in 2012 from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is employed by Virginia Commonwealth University’s Global Education Office as an academic advising coordinator. Her husband is a 2006 graduate of Allegheny College, and is employed as a middle school Spanish teacher at St. Christopher’s School.
They are living in Richmond, Va.
