Two City Residents Charged With Weapons, Pot Possession
Two Jamestown residents face charges after the Jamestown Police Department, New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Jamestown Police Department SWAT team executed a search warrant at 33 Linwood Ave. at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
According to a police report, an investigation revealed large amounts of marijuana allegedly being sold at the address. Investigators report finding more than 180 grams of packaged marijuana, digital scales, multiple cellphones and a .32 caliber revolver inside the house during the search.
Wilfredo Torres, 27, and Mallory White, 21, both of Jamestown, were charged with third-degree felony criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. They were taken to the city jail until they can be arraigned.
