Police Execute Arrest Warrant On Three Drug Dealers
A wanted Jamestown woman was among three taken into custody Thursday.
Around 4:35 p.m., members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, NYSP CNET, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police acting on an arrest warrant converged on a vehicle on Winsor Street containing known drug dealers. During the course of the vehicle stop, Samuel Russo, 42, and Samuel Bundy, 20, both of Kane, Pa., and Theresa Russo, 36, of Barrett Avenue, Jamestown, were found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, suboxone and a scale.
The warrant stems from a previous drug transaction between an undercover agent of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Russo.
All three suspects were charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Russo was charged with an additional count of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
