CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Jesse S. Nahrebeski, 19, of Silver Creek was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. At approximately 11:26 p.m., deputies charged Nahrebeski following an incident that occurred on Feb. 1 in which he allegedly stole a ring and a gold necklace which belonged to another person. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Angelique M. Troutman, 35, of Kennedy was charged Thursday at approximately 10 a.m. with third-degree grand larceny. Troutman was employed at the Christopher and Banks clothing store located in Chautauqua Mall. While being employed during 2013, she allegedly processed fraudulent cash returns. Further investigation revealed that the cash amount was $18,500 over the course of the entire year.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Donald N. Michener, 41, of Little Valley was charged Tuesday at approximately 1:15 p.m. with driving while intoxicated and operating an uninspected motor vehicle. He was arraigned in New Albion and is due back in court at a later date.

STATE POLICE

KENNEDY – Tina M. Loveland, 46, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 394. Loveland was transported to the state police in Jamestown for processing where a blood alcohol content of .13 percent was obtained. Loveland was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Poland Court at a later date.
