Nicholson, White Lead Jayhawks At JCC Open Wrestling Tourney

The results have been announced from Sunday’s Jamestown Community College Open wrestling tournament.

The visiting teams were from the University at Buffalo, SUNY Cortland, Edinboro University, Gannon University, Ithaca College, Mercyhurst University, Mercyhurst North East, Niagara County CC, SUNY Oswego, Penn College, Penn State-Dubois, Penn State-Greater Allegheny, Penn State-New Kensington and the Pitt Wrestling Club.

The top finishes for JCC were fourth places by Jake Nicholson at 133 and Jerrell White at 165.

Pat McCarthy of the Jayhawks was fifth at 125.

Placing sixth were Kyle Mulcahy at 141 and Bryan McCoy at 174.
