Marsh Qualifies For State Swim Meet In Two Events
AMHERST – Matthew Marsh of Jamestown High School qualified for the states in two events at the 12-school Erie County Interscholastic Conference swimming championships on Saturday.
Marsh qualified in the 100 freestyle (48.74) and the 50 freestyle (22;08) as the Red Raiders finished fourth with 215 points at Sweet Home School.
Orchard Park was first with 403 points, Clarence was second with 334 points and Williamsville East was third with 275.
Following Jamestown was Lancaster with 197 points, Sweet Home with 159 points, Hamburg with 153 points, Williamsville North with 147 points, Frontier with 139 points, Williamsville South with 102 points, West Seneca West with 73 points and West Seneca East with 36 points.

200 individual medley: 4th M. Caldwell, 9th A. Caldwell, 22nd Mark Roehmholdt.
