Smith, Marsh, Caldwell Show Way

HAMBURG – Led by a trio of double winners, Jamestown defeated Hamburg, 55-45, in Erie County Interscholastic Conference Division 1 swimming on Friday.

Allan Smith, Matthew Marsh and Matthew Caldwell were the double winners for the Red Raiders.

Smith won the 200 freestyle (1:57.56) and the 500 freestyle (5:22.3) while Marsh took the 50 freestyle (23.24) and the 100 freestyle (52.39), and Caldwell recorded wins in the 200 individual medley 2:14.18) and the 100 breaststroke (1:08.46).

Jamestown is idle until going to Williamsville East in another league battle on Friday.
